I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, but they were too hot, leading us to open the windows due to the lack of proper lighting. The service, on the other hand, was awesome, with the staff coming early and being very polite, even adjusting the radiator when needed. The location was excellent for those wanting to be near Central Park and Lincoln Center, although the noise and smell of chlorine were a downside. The dining options left a sour taste for some, but overall, the hotel had a lot to offer.
